Before you come

Ticket questions

  1. PassDownload it from the ticket shop above — you'll get it by email. Show it on your phone at the door.
  2. IDBring photo ID every day. We can refuse entrance without it.
  3. Re-entryYou can leave and come back during opening hours — keep your pass.
  4. RefundsNo refunds on passes. Can't make it? Just don't use it.
  5. ChildrenAll ages welcome. There may be some tasteful nudity — parents decide what their children see.
  6. AccessWheelchair visitors enter free; an accompanying person needs their own pass.

Important information

Weekend ticket conditions

  1. Each weekend ticket is valid for one person.
  2. Weekend tickets cannot be resold.
  3. Weekend tickets cannot be traded to other days.
  4. A weekend ticket does not include fast entrance to the festival.
  5. Bring your ID with you — without ID there is no entrance.
  6. No own food or drinks inside.
  7. Read all questions and answers on our FAQ page.
  8. If you did not receive the email with your weekend pass, click the ticket link again.
