COMPETITION CONDITIONS - CONDICIONES DEL CONCURSO
- All tattoos entered into the contest must be started/finished at the Convention area. There is an obligation to finish tattoo piece during Convention. Finished/healed tattoos can be registered into a different category. And Tattoo artists cannot make touch up to healed tattoos, no exceptions.
- Tattoo models must be present during registration.
- All tattoos entered into the contests must be performed by artists in attendance at the convention
- Artists can register in each category with only 1 tattoo.
- Healed tattoos can be registered into the only Healed Tattoo category.
- Both the tattoo artist and the collector must be present to receive their trophies. Awarded artist cannot leave Convention area till reward delivery.
- Photographers from multiple tattoo and life-style magazines will be present to photograph contest winners and participants. The International Brussels Tattoo Convention reserves the right to publish these photographs for promotional and for documentation purposes. All artists confirm this in advance.
- If the number of applications to the competition categories is below 5, the category will be canceled.
- Each category has 1.2.3 place except Best of Show & Best Collaboration have just 1st Place.
- Judges are allowed to check the fresh tattoos with gloves, tattoos cannot be cleaned on the stage during the contest.
- Todos los tatuajes inscritos en el concurso deben comenzarse y terminarse en el área de la Convención. Es obligatorio terminar la pieza del tatuaje durante la Convención. Los tatuajes terminados o curados pueden inscribirse en una categoría diferente. Los artistas del tatuaje no pueden realizar retoques en tatuajes curados, sin excepciones.
- Los modelos de tatuajes deben estar presentes durante el registro.
- Todos los tatuajes inscritos en el concurso deben ser realizados por artistas presentes en la convención.
- Los artistas pueden inscribirse en cada categoría con un solo tatuaje.
- Los tatuajes curados pueden inscribirse en la única categoría de Tatuajes Curados.
- Tanto el artista del tatuaje como el coleccionista deben estar presentes para recibir sus trofeos. El artista premiado no puede abandonar el área de la Convención hasta la entrega del premio.
- Fotógrafos de diversas revistas de tatuajes y estilo de vida estarán presentes para fotografiar a los ganadores y participantes del concurso. La Convención Internacional de Tatuajes de Bruselas se reserva el derecho de publicar estas fotografías con fines promocionales y de documentación. Todos los artistas deben confirmarlo con antelación.
- Si el número de solicitudes para las categorías del concurso es inferior a 5, la categoría será cancelada. Cada categoría tiene un puesto 1.º, 2.º y 3.º, excepto Mejor del Show y Mejor Colaboración, que solo otorgan el 1.er puesto, dependiendo de los artistas que colaboran con el cliente. Cada colaboración tendrá 2 o más ganadores, dependiendo de los participantes.
- Los jueces pueden revisar los tatuajes frescos con guantes; los tatuajes no se pueden limpiar en el escenario durante el concurso.
DISQUALIFICATION - DESCALIFICACIÓN
- Any tattoo found not to be following the rules will be disqualified at the line by Official Judge on-stage.
- Any artists found exploiting the rules or loopholes will be disqualified, even after the convention.
